After many a year I finally found myself back at Bendigo Dumpling House. I have to say, they certainly picked up their game!
Myself, and the rest of my troop had the Chicken Dumplings, Beef Dumplings, BBQ Pork buns, Special Fried Rice and Chinese Vegetables in Oyster Sauce.
The dumplings were fat, filled and delicious. I ate far, far too much.
I found the Chinese vegetables to be my biggest downer, the veggies were not really authentic, had huge globs of tofu in it and I could barely taste the oyster sauce. However the special fried rice was excellent - And unique, with Chinese sausage being put through it. Added a lovely smokeyness. Won't find that anywhere else in Bendigo!
My vote: All in all a good meal and good value. I look forward to going again! 7/10
